I manage a small niche business that works as both a distributor and an installer that installs products on a commercial roof. However, we are not a roofer. This makes getting insurance difficult. Rona Zafari has done and incredible job for me. I have spoken with multiple agencies that were either non-responsive or didn't have time to work on my insurance needs. I recently had to file a claim for a roof replacement. After filing the claim, the representative from National Lloyds said it would be the following week before the claims adjuster would call and he called within 24 hours after filing the claim. The service was very fast and the adjuster was prompt on his appointment. I am very satisfied at this point with National Lloyd's and Thumann agency
